Troubleshooting page contains the answers that we can help with. Since we(as developers) don't have access to Play Store/google to help with stolen accounts.

I bought it a year ago and then one day it was gone, i followed every step on the troubleshooting page for android and it didn't work, then sent an email to the dev contact on google play with a screenshot of it in my past purchases. This got the exact same instructions that didn't work the second time either.
