maybe they died outside of their city with blaster? (Blaster would go into inventory of city where they died(should be in that city zone-borders))
Have you played EU4 before? It has a mechanic called aggressive expansion and coalitions which form to combat overly-ambitious nations. Do you plan on doing anything similar to that?
tried a few times, but couldn't get into it.
was into Stellaris tho. I prefer more when you start from zero in 4X games

Previous worlds itself should be fine.
Units and kingdoms could act a bit weird for couple decades. Because they would need to get accustomed to new stuff, that wasn't existed before.
Already works like that. Usually kings/leaders grab them first tho

It was changed because eventually everything was just houses and looked ugly. With no space for animals.
Anyway, in coming update it would be a bit more varied with new culture traits.
Yeah, more clear diplomacy is the goal. Hopefully by 1.0 it would be tuned more perfectly with all the systems finished
