Updated fine on steam deck then open it loads to 100% and then crashes whilst trying to initialise. Have restarted steam already aswell, any ideas?

Why is my heirloom uniequiping every time i exit the heirloom menu?
All my heirlooms are unequipped and when I equip them it just unequips them by default so I can’t use my heirlooms

Hi, all. Thanks for the continued DMs - even if you haven't had a direct reply, know that I've been compiling these. One last update from me on this: if you have not seen progress restored for your Breakout Challenges, please create a ticket so that the team can manually look into your account.
Are we going to get a Valk fix for three strikes? Super ironic that it's valk challenges but if you use Valk and her ult in three strikes, your team just spawns in the ring after dying once.

If you're missing progress other than the Breakout Challenge, that is separate. Please create/add to a thread with EA so that your account can be looked into.

Its been 4 days, and its completely radio silent from you guys.
Me and my friends can't play because our accounts is reset back to 1. And that is accounts that is from the closed beta.

nebulaEXE, I've also created a support ticket with no follow up for 2 weeks now. I got rollbacked during that day + my challenge progress was not restored (missing heirloom shards I got that day aswell).

Slightly related (Shadow Society progress), although I've noticed three of the daily challenges are "giving extra reputation", the only one which actually gave me reputation (both for event progression and to purchase rewards from the shop) was the unmodified "Win 1 match" challenge giving 140 points, with the remaining 1120 not being added (couldn't earn the 140 rep from capturing 5 zones in Lockdown since now it's on mixtape and the few games I managed to play my randoms wouldn't bother with objectives).
Can we have a look into the event challenge too? I’m not gaining reputation after completing the event challenge

Hello, sorry, is there an official response to the issue of the Amazon Coin Codes being claimable, but not giving ANY of the Coins?
For any issues with purchases involving real world currency, including coin codes, reach out to EA support with proof of purchase.
What about the Breakout challenges?? No way am I gonna do all the Seer, Rampart, and Fuse challenges again.
