That's some bs dude...

This was a temporary workaround with an issue with Ignite (pre-120Hz) until Breakout launched yesterday. Now that S20 is available, PS5's can return to the PS5 variant.

If you're hitting something similar on PS5 now, that's a separate issue that we can look into. Lmk

EAC issue was resolved yesterday. Did you just hit this issue while in-game? Any change with just restarting the game itself?

Echoing that this would be something EA Help would have to look into.

Re: 6 days. The offerings for free gifts are refreshing in six days, but they'll be free gifts rotating throughout the season that you can send. You have until the season ends to complete your gifting for the Breakout Rewards.

You'll need to be friends in-game for two weeks before you can gift to each other. There's a rotation of free gifts for the entire season, so you'll just have to make sure to gift six times before the end of the season (April/May) in order to complete that challenge.

To echo a few of the other comments, you'll need to be friends with in-game (platform friends won't count for gifting) and he can only receive that gift once. Full outline for gifting here if needed.

Plot Twist: after some investigation, the team found that this art was used game-side and was not available to be collected as a cosmetic loading screen. Did anyone have this as their active screen in the last year? If so, what platform were you on? Definitely a loved screen, so happy to poke this a bit more.

Known issue, added to Trello. Team is investigating a potential workaround while a fix is in progress. Will keep you posted. Only EA App on PC is currently impacted.

Known issue that seems to be limited to PS5. Some folks have been able to workaround this by installing the PS4 variant of the game: steps here.

Chiming in to echo this + add the dev reply flair to hopefully catch some others who are curious. This recolor release is intentional and it went live alongside the Lunar New Year sale instead of an event.

None of the answers on the list you must select from "where did the issue occurred" pertains to begin in the Firing Range. I also have no idea if it can occur outside of the firing range.
