1. Set the value in the server config for XPMultiplier to 300. It's on line 71
2. Set the value in the server config for AirDropFrequency to 24. It's on line 108.
3. You will need to provide information on your configuration, the ports you forwarded, ect.
Just a note, this is the dedicated server guide. Be sure to familiarize yourself with it.
