@peixeswordfish I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the game closing or crashing.

Another player who reported an issue with the game crashing explained that they resolved the issue by deleting two cache folders in the 'Documents/Assassin's Creed Valhalla' folder, but they did not delete the .ini file. Can you try this and confirm if that resolves the issue for you.

If it doesn't then please try the troubleshooting steps in the support article here.

If the issue still persists after that, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
