Hello there,

I have recently purchased Dawn of Ragnarok and I have started it during the main campaign, my progress was right at the Settling Dawn quest early in the game, after that I could start Dawn of Ragnarok. My power level is 25 and I have seen no pop-up regarding the boost (you should get it if you are blow 310, https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/assassins-creed-valhalla/gameplay/article/boosting-eivors-power-level-to-play-assassins-creed-valhalla-dawn-of-ragnarok/000101177).

I could beat the lava dudes pretty easily, but I got stomped by Surtr (at first I though you were supposed to die because of how overpowered he is, well apparently not). How do I receive the boost? Do I get it sometime after beating Surtr? I know that I can try to start a New Game and choose the Dawn of Ragnarok adventure and maybe receive the boost that way, but after checking the info from here: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/assassins-creed-valhalla/gameplay/article/starting-assassins-creed-valhalla-dawn-of-ragnarok/000101176, "To have a saved game that will allow you to play Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Dawn of Ragnarök interchangeably, please progress through the main campaign and start Dawn of Ragnarök in-game", which is what I wanted and what I did. I need some help here, please. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Rodis95 you should have received the boost option when you first drink the potion to start the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion as shown in the video below at 1 minute 22 seconds:

If you did not receive this notification I am unsure why. I have not seen any other reports of the boost notification not appearing.

@Rodis95 Thanks for getting back with these details on your progress! As a next step could you double check that your new Dawn of Ragnarok expansion appears as fully installed on your PS5? Once installed as an add-on it should also appear in the add-on section in-game in the Animus Store. If everything looks to be fully installed please upload your latest save to the cloud for us to check into further. We have a guide over here for uploading a save. 😊
