[2021] Game Crashes Vinland Quests AC Valhalla

Can you tell me if you get any particular error message when this crash happens? Does the game just hang, or are you crashed out to the desktop? If you do get an error message, it'd be great to have a screenshot showing the error you're getting, if it happens again.

You'd mentioned having reinstalled the game, which is great. Can you also make sure your operating system is fully updated? You'll find this step listed on our troubleshooting guide.

You mention that you've done the majority of the suggested fixes - would you be able to let us know exactly what troubleshooting steps you've tried (or which steps you're unable to try)? This will prevent us from repeating any troubleshooting steps you've already tried yourself as we investigate this further.

Have you noticed these crashes happening at any other time whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla? Or have you only experienced these technical issues when trying to confirm the kill against Gorm?
