To clarify, is your game still crashing when using a set other than Taranis? Also, does using the Taranis set with any weapon at all crash the game, or is it only with specific weapons?
@S7igma957 Thanks so much for the additional information! So just to confirm, the crashing occurs when you have the Taranis axe, Taranis Shield, or Mjolnir equipped?
I also see you have any existing support case. Could you update that with a new copy of your system files so I can investigate further?
@S7igma957 just to clarify again the game crashes with any gear set or weapon? but you noticed it was more frequent when you had Mjolnir equipped? and the only time you do not experience a crash is when you have the Taranis set equipped and you are unarmed?
You mentioned that the gear set in the image that you used with sword and shield was working ok until you equipped Mjolnir. So it seems the issue is more likely linked to some of the weapons you are using such as Mjolnir, and one of the spears that you mentioned.
Could you please try equipping different gear sets with different weapons other than the ones mentioned to see if you still encounter a crash. Do you also remember the names of the two spears that you had equipped previously?
With regards to your system files could you please attach those to your existing support case. To access your support case go to the Ubisoft Support website and login to your account. Once you are logged in there will be an option to 'see all cases' just below your avatar on the left hand side of the screen. Can you click on that and then select your case reference number. There will then be an option to attach your system files.
@S7igma957 Thanks for the update, I'm glad to hear that it seems you're able to play with the Taranis set now!
If you keep getting crashes when certain effects are playing though, can you please open a new support ticket here, since it looks like the previously mentioned support ticket was for a more general crashing issue? If/when you do that, please make sure to upload your system files as well!
