Could you send over some screenshots of the codex pages already in your quest inventory? I'd like to investigate this in greater detail and double check you're not missing any other pages.
@lunaphilius Hey there! I am sorry to hear that you are encountering this as well. Could you please share a image of your codex pages in your quest inventory? Also, are you having troubles with the same codex page, the Magas Codex?

I think that error just comes up with certain image types. Try saving it as a .jpg / jpeg instead and see if that lets you post.
