Thank you for getting in touch and reporting these issues to us!

The matter regarding the 'Plant a Tree DLC' tile is known to the team and shouldn't affect any players from actually being able to access the Ceiba Tree in Eden Burning.

Regarding the 'Reset Scenario' button still appearing, I've passed this onto the team.

Regarding your issues with the scenario rewards, have you completely re-played the scenario again and found they still haven't unlocked or have you been using the same save?

Hello @katje-katrien thank you for your post and thank you for the update on your missing tree ornaments in this scenario when playing through again after the 14.1 update and deleting your previous save files.

I think the Ubisoft forum, in general, has been acting a little strangely today, as I also saw Ubi-TheBerrys post appear to be the last post, but this has now since been updated in this thread to display your name instead.

I think the forum gremlins are up to their old tricks again today, I believe it is just a temporary visual issue however and seems to be working correctly now (famous last words) we will keep an eye on it too in case anything needs reporting to our forum admins.
