Hello World

I have a problem with Game Freezes and Crashs, since Update 9.0. Once it Freeze, Music is playing, can't switch to windows or Task Manager and can't close the Game. Only Shout Down helps. Sometimes it crashs hard and came back to Windows - this happens with DX11 and 12, in new Game and Lategame >60h!
My System: Win10 20H2, i7 8700K @4.8GHz, GTX 1080 Ti (every time the lastet driver Version), 32 GB RAM @3333Mhz

I reinstalled DX, the Game, checked Files from Anno, reinstalled Driver, switched between DX11/12, checked Windows Updates ...

There are no DX Errors from DX Diag. But i found this Anno logs: http://bitsicher.de/log.7z

There are so many Errors, is it normal? And the Freeze/Crashs takes more and more with Update 9.1

Can I ask you to try the following:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

Ubisoft Connect
EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
STEAM

Disable Background Applications.

Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.

Reinstall Ubisoft Connect.

Update your GPU Drivers:

AMD
NVIDIA

Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.
