So that we could forward this over to our development team for further review, before I'm able to proceed, is there any possibility you could share us with your save file where issue is present?

By default, it should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts. Once found, if you could use any file sharing website and then drop the link in the thread when you're ready.

Hey @Asterix201252, thanks for the heads up there!

Based on what's been stated, I understand that you were able to pick it up whilst @hundreAd1800 stated that he wasn't, despite attempting to build a pedestrian zone canal all the way, therefore we may be looking at 2 different issues here, however the fact that you are able to pick it up whilst @hundreAd1800 isn't, indicates to me that this may be a little more challenging to reproduce, so save file for the initail issue would be great.

In regards to being able to pick it up without the need of ship @Asterix201252 - if you do happen to have a chance to put a video together, that will be much appreciated and we will ensure it gets forwarded accordingly 🙂 !
