There is time couple Culture item in Arctic Trading Post from Arctic reward/collect, I do not had a Culture button to track down culture item that from Arctic sure as finding or collect Culture Reward from Arctic.
So it's only had all item button, ship item button, arctic logo item button, but no Culture button even there is in culture item in Arctic trading Post.

Just to clarify your issue a bit, you are saying that there is definitely a culture item in your lodge but you are not able to find it? Have you looked through every individual item in the "All Items" list and you still are not able to find the correct item?
Ah I see, thanks for the images @Humility925. I'll forward this to the game team so they can look into hopefully adding this in future updates.
