Hello Guys,

iam new to this forum and sorry for my Englisch.

My mates and me played/started an old savegame back from fall 2020. All of us purchased the SP3. I created the lobby with the savegame back from fall 2020. I activated Docksland in the top left corner. We played for about 4 hours and all 3 of us had the Dockland-Quest and the new building-buttons in the new building-menu. Anyway, we ignored the content for later.

A little further, we had to restart the game because of 1 mate had performance issues. So I saved and we ended the session correctly.
Back in lobby the Dockland-button out of sudden was deactivated/grey and I wasnt able to reactivate it again (like 4 hours before). We started anyway and we still have the quest, but no buttons in the building-menu anymore. Today i downloaded a Patch but the current state is the same.

Can someone help? Sorry, if this bug/question was already asked!

Hey hodurgas, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to forums!

I've looked it up however it does not appear that this particular issue has been brought up before, therefore is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage (or screenshot if not possible) showing this?

I am curious as to what in particular may have caused this and how we could possibly reproduce this issue.

Did you ever experience anything similar before or was that a first instance?

Just to confirm, you do not have access to the Docklands DLC content such as the new buildings?

As well as this, you and your friends all purchased the Season Pass 3 content, but could you tell me if you all purchase the game and the Season Pass from the same store front such as Ubisoft Connect/Steam/Epic? If so, which one?

I would like to gather more details about this as we need to confirm if this is an entitlement issue or a bug.

As well as this would you possibly be able to send us one of your affected save files where you do not have access to this content?
