Howdy @sirharrypierce , thanks for this. I can see from your screenshot that scrap is indeed listed as a New World building material, and I've sent this across to our teams internally for a closer look. Sorry for the inconsistency - let me know if you run into further issues

Our team has clarified this for us. Scrap is listed in a building material for every area - not just the New World - because scrap can be found by salvagers in every world.
