My fiancee and I have been trying to play Anno 1800 lately but nearly everytime we try she gets error code LR0E when trying to connect. I haven't been able to find this error code referenced on any forums and so are unsure what the problem is. The strange thing is the other day we got this error, we relaunched and it was fine. But today we both relaunched several times and still no luck. And if she tries to host she gets a different error of EC10. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. We are also playing on the same network. Thanks for any help!

Just to follow up from what UbiCosmos replied, for these sort of connectivity issues we always recommend our specific connectivity troubleshooting for Anno first and trying all the steps listed.

If after trying the above troubleshooting steps you still have no luck connecting and you are still receiving these error codes, we encourage to reach out to us with a support ticket where we aim to respond back typically within 48 hours.

To better help you, we will need your dxdiag, msinfo, a screenshot of your error code, and your Uplay PC logs which can usually be found here -
