Hey there supporting team
After downloading the game and pressing play the error appears: " can't find supporting text language" cant start the game. Can't do anything.
Heard that Ubisoft needs to send these files sperately or somethin. PLease help.

Thanks for the update, @j0j0101. Sorry to hear you've been unable to create a case. Did you happen to fill out all of the fields including platform, game, etc.?
