I tried click on quest and seach where ship to escort, but there is no ship to be found, and seem there is gray box or missing image as well. All DLC installed and turn on, During campaign, not sandbox.

Hey @Humility925, thanks for getting through to us and sorry to hear about the difficulty you ran into with locating the target ship for 'Bespoke Tailor 1 - The Tailor' quest.
I can see that you've already provided some solid information about it including screenshots, therefore this will be extremely beneficial, however just before we're able to forward it over, for reproduction purposes, may I also ask you to provide us with your save file where the issue is present? By default, your save files should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts. Once found, if you could upload it to any file sharing website and then drop the link in the thread, we will be able to take it from there.

Hey there @wadelouky , thanks so much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having the same issue with Bespoke Tailor, that's really unfortunate.
As far as I can see, besides your report and the one from @Humility925 , we've not had any other reports shared internally, so I'd like to recommend some local troubleshooting first. Assets not loading in the way the screenshots show is sometimes because of access issues. Can you check our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.
If the issue persists after that, can you upload your save file to the file-sharing website of your choice, and send me a link to it here in the thread? Here's our guide showing where the save file can be found on your system.
