[2022] OLD world Oil Refinery not affected by Captain of Industry

Can you take a screenshot of your oil refinery production summary in the Old and New world for us, along with a screenshot showing that you have Captain of Industry active in both locations?

Looking at the pictures and the icons, it seems like "Captain of Industry" is only active in the new world. Can you try to activate it for the Old World as well?
