[2021] Under "Additional Content" Some of the DLC's are starred and some are not. Why?

The content that is marked with stars is normally something that you have recently installed and once it's inspected, you will notice that the star will disappear .

This is not a big deal to me. I was just worried that the star meant something bad... or that I should take some unknown action.
