[2020] [Missing Content]John Faithfull diary not found

Hello everyone,

My first problem with Anno 1800...
On my 70 hour savegame, I wanted to progress on the extension "The passage".
I go to the arctic, there I destroy the three storage structures, I click on John's things, but the diary doens't appear in the post...
I have tried again several times, with different dated backups, but I am unable to do so.
I have also tried on two PCs, it seems my savegame is the problem ...
Does anyone have a solution...
Ubisoft support/chat is not available...

I found the newspaper, but not in the counter where it should have been!
I think there must be an ID number in the counters in the area, and that he put it in the smallest one, which is not the one on the island where the quest is taking place.
