No more quest so it's impossible to get scolars or research institute. More than 3000 elders but not a single quest with Archibald.
We're a significant numbers to have the same bug.

However, I've been unable to reproduce the problem. I loaded my save just before I sent my fleet in to deal with Sir Archibald's mercenaries. Once I'd destroyed their fleet, everything continued correctly - the cutscene triggered and I got given the next quest in the chain.
Is there some other way to get the cutscene and next quest firing without loading an old save and losing a few hours of progress?
