[2021] Campaign bug

New player, just bought the base game while it was on sale. Started to play the campaign and on the first part of it there is a game breaking bug where I can't send the prisoners anywhere "Court of appeals" and "none of your business" which means I can no longer progress in the game at all.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear that you are encountering an issue where you cannot now progress after just starting the game.

So we can take a look and investigate, would it be at all possible to share a link to a video using a 3rd party website of your choice?
