Not sure if its just me.
On the 2nd half of the scenario where you get an option to get additional workforce, selecting that option has no effect,
Another option asks to provide workforce to the NPC, also has no effect.

As per our pinned bug reporting post, are you able to capture a video or screenshot of this issue and upload this to your forum thread, so we can look at this and pass this on to our Anno QA and Dev team to take a look at if necessary? >

Howdy @vitriol23 , thanks for finding an example for us, and for these screenshots. I can see that your workforce is indeed not affected, which is most unusual. I've gone ahead and reported this internally to our teams to have a closer look. Sorry for the inconvenience while we investigate - let me know if you've any questions in the meantime.
