[2020] reinstalling Anno 1800

Depending on the platform you bought it, you should find the game in your game library.
Let's assume you got the Uplay version:
- Start Uplay and login to your account
- Open the library tab and search for Anno 1800
- Download + install the game

That's strange that you can't download the game from the Uplay application. The game should appear in your games list to download .If the game is in your library and there's no option to download can you take a screenshot please and send that to us.

Please ensure also you're logged in on the correct account, if you are please try the following steps and log in again.
