Okay so my friend and i have a problem with multiplayer. We try to load a game and the host gets to the loading screen but the other one is stuck in the Lobby. Anyone knows what we can do to fix this ? yesterday it worked fine. We already tryed with a new game but didnt work.

I'm sorry that you and your friend are having trouble getting connected to multiplayer. To start, I'd suggest that both of you go ahead and run through the troubleshooting steps here. If that doesn't help, then our next step would be to go through the guide here. We also have an FAQ here that helps walk you through the process of port forwarding.

Thanks for reaching out.

We appreciate that the troubleshooting steps provided can be cumbersome and time consuming, however please understand that when it comes to very broad and vague issues, such as connectivity ones - these steps are key in allowing us to assist players further.

As it stands, we have no ruled out any local causes that may be preventing you from connecting / the game not loading and have no details on your system / network - as such, there is no information for the team to use to launch and investigation. This being isolated so far, also makes it tricky to investigate.

If you're able to complete the steps to no effect, please let us know and we can continue to look into this with you, but please understand that without doing so - we are very limited in the support we can offer and no such fix will be applied without sufficient information for us to raise an investigation.

If you're having issues completing any of the connectivity based steps, please reach out to your ISP who'll be able to assist you with these.
