[2023] [BUG] Season Pass completely disabled

Hey there @SirHarryPierce! Sorry to see you're running into some trouble with your DLC being active.

Just to clarify things a bit, if you start a brand new game are you able to access any of the content from Season 4 DLCs? If you can't even on a new save, please take a screenshot showing any item or feature from the Season 4 pass that is missing for you.

Also, this is not something I would be able to collect from you in a public forum thread, but the next step for your open support case would be to send us a proof of purchase when you bought the Season 4 Pass or individual DLCs from it so we can make sure that content activated on your account correctly.
