[2023] Sir John's Logbook Isn't Appearing Anywhere

I have tried 4 different times, but the logbook does not appear in the ship's inventory. The arrows point at the trade post and it's not in there either. Yes, I checked everywhere, and I have restarted my save. I have saved before I selected his stuff. Reloaded a previous save. Start a completely new game (4 times). Checked all the ships, which most often than not it was only the one ship. There were no other trade posts to check because I only had the one. The logbook refuses to show up in the trade post's inventory or on the ship that's in the area, and it's nowhere to be found anywhere else on the map no matter what I try. There are no mods installed. I have almost 220 hours in this game so I'm sure I'm not forgetting something.

Any help, tips, clues will be appreciated. (I've sent a ticket to Ubi Support already)
