[2021] Anno 1800 - Zoom & Save game issues

Sorry to hear you've been having these issues with ANNO 1800. In regards to not being able to zoom, do you find that the zoom speed/range is lower or are you unable to zoom at all?

For the missing save, are you able to confirm the game has been started whilst logged in to the correct Ubisoft account? If this is the case, would you also be able to check that the save games are being saved locally, and not to an online storage service such as OneDrive?

For the zooming issue, are you able to check the keybinds to make sure they have not changed? Even if they have not, please try manually assigning a different key to zoom out, and see if that allows you to zoom, for testing purposes. Does that different key work?

Please also check the 'Increased Camera Distance' option is active in Gameplay Settings, as this may have reverted with the update.

In regards to your saves, that's very unusual that they are gone. Are the saved games gone entirely from the in-game menu, or are they there and unable to be selected? If they are there, what happens when you try to select them?

If they are not there, please double-check if you've had cloud sync active, as this may allow you to recover your save. Our support article describing how cloud saving works is here.
