[2021] remove dlcs

Hello, I would like to start wishing you all a happy new year 2021
My problem I bought the Dlc on fanatical they did not work even at the start of the game, I sent an email so that he would reimburse me for what was done.
But it still remains active on my account I just ask that it be removed all from the Anno 1800 game,
so that I can buy one by one again and incorporate them into the game.
How to remove dlcs

As chris02918 explained, each DLC has its prerequisites before the content can be accessed.

If you were able to activate your key successfully, there's a good chance that everything will work perfectly fine.
