[2020] LR40 error

So since last patch the game is just unplayable as multiplayer me and my boyfriend we ve tryed to load the save from cloud also we made separate saves of our game none of them work and we keep on getting the error LR40 the desync one i did what the forum suggested of the support about this error is still not working i am at the point where i just dont want to play anymore this game if any of you people have this error please lets report it before this patch game was fine but since the last patch i just cant play a multiplayer game

I can definitely understand the frustration caused, and hope to provide a solution for the both of you! Have you seen our dedicated FAQ regarding this error? If not, I'd recommend looking that over and completing the connectivity guide listed within that link. If you continue to run into this issue after completing those steps, please get in touch with our Technical Support team by creating a support ticket for continued assistance.

Thanks for getting back in contact, I can see you have spoken with a member of our support team directly and have been provided a list of steps to attempt to resolve this.

Could you confirm whether you have received these steps.? if not you can check this directly by going to the "My Cases" section of our support site.
