[2020] LR40 error

So since last patch the game is just unplayable as multiplayer me and my boyfriend we ve tryed to load the save from cloud also we made separate saves of our game none of them work and we keep on getting the error LR40 the desync one i did what the forum suggested of the support about this error is still not working i am at the point where i just dont want to play anymore this game if any of you people have this error please lets report it before this patch game was fine but since the last patch i just cant play a multiplayer game
