Hi,
I've happly bought the game for my console yesterday (on launch day) but unfortunately after watching the intro video the screen freezes and i have to shut down the console.
I've tried all the game modes and options but the result is always the same.
I've tried to reset the XBOX too but nothing.
Any idea or suggestion?
Pleas someone let me play!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some crashing issues, which is preventing you from playing your new copy of the game.
To try and get this resolved, I would advise the steps from this support article to see if they help at all.
If the issue continues, could you let us know if any error messages appear for you at all, or does the whole game freeze up as a whole and nothing else occurs?
