I have all the expansions and DLCs but when I try to purchase Old Town Pack, it's saying not available in my country (Canada).

Are you still unable to purchase the pack from Ubisoft Connect?
If so, do you also have issues when using the Ubisoft Store website?

If you're still unable to make a purchase, make sure your Ubisoft account information is 100% filled in and accurate. This includes name, gender, preferred language, etc. The name should also match the name for your chosen payment method! Sometimes discrepancies or missing information in the account can cause this error and filling that in on the account management site can prevent the error from reoccurring. Please also make sure that you're not using a VPN when making a purchase!
If everything is filled in and accurate and you're still having trouble making the purchase, please let us know!
