Howdy @S-I-M-O-N , sorry to hear you're facing a similar issue with Pay No Ransom

Our teams had advised that the issue was fixed back in December, so it's really unfortunate that you've ran into an issue. Can you make sure to follow the steps from our troubleshooting guide, to make sure the game is fully updated and running in the way we'd recommend? In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game (such as system optimisers, mods, or cheat engines). 

If the issue then persists, can you get me some screenshots showing what happens when you try to progress? And then an additional screenshot showing the main menu, so we can see what patch version you are on. Here's our screenshots guide, and the resulting images can be added to a response here in the forum thread using the little image icon above the post edit box.
