Hello everyone!

Apologies for not coming back to you sooner, I will do my best to offer you some suggestions.

First of all for any crashing issues, we recommend following our main support article: https://support.ubisoft.com/Article/000061047

There is also the option to play with the DX11 or DX12 API; so it's worth trying them both to see if your issue improves.

If you are unable to edit your API in-game, you can change it through the config file as Luckson777 suggested. It is located here: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\config\engine.ini

Finally if that doesn't work, try deleting the engine.ini config file and try again.
