[2022] in statistics/finance, local departments always show "no item effects"

I've taken note of your report, and I'm sorry to hear that an Issue with local departments is impacting your experience in Anno 1800 !

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, I invite you to provide us with the following details :

Does the problem still happen after checking the game files for anything missing or corrupted ?
