I have the Anno 1800 complete edition and all DLC. The DLC items appear to be unlocked fine. However the avatars, skins, and decorative items rewards related to the Ubisoft Club show as locked when I am playing the game. If I click on them it opens the sidebar showing that I have these rewards unlocked and that they should be available.

So far I have had the app verify all files as well as logout/login to my account. If it matters, I originally purchased the base game through the Epic Store and now launch it through the Ubisoft Connect app.
