Goodmorning to all!

I hope someone can help me to solve this problem.
The game starts good, but after a few minutes in game the game stops and my laptop goes back to the home screen.
No error report or anything, only the updating safegames to Ubisoft. (just as with a normal shutdown of the game)
I've tried everything, new instalation of the game, all the troubleshootings, verify the data, nothing helped yet...

If you need more information please let me know!
I'm not so into Hardware/Software, I only know how to play a game haha...

My setup:
Intel core i7
32 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.

Hey there @Timbo-Holland , @Poowapong , and @Franky_Rogers - I really appreciate your posts about these issues running Anno 1800. I'm sorry to hear the game has been crashing or closing - that sounds most frustrating.

As you may have spotted in our announcements forum, in this thread, we're currently investigating this issue internally.

In the meantime, many players have been able to solve the issue using the steps in our troubleshooting guide. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs. 

If the issue persists after those steps, please keep an eye on the forum thread I've linked for the latest on this. My apologies that I'm not able to help further in the meantime. Let me know if you've any questions.

Hey @Thekingcmk

As mentioned here, there was a fix in 16.1 that should resolve it. Have you updated the game yet and tested it?
