My specs are, Ryzen 5 2600, RTX 2060 SUPER, 16GB RAM.
Trying to run the game at 1080p with High Preset gives me this
33 fps, what the [censored]?
EDIT: For funsies I tried putting ALL settings to absolute lowest possible minecraft mode but the game STILL couldn't maintain a solid 60 fps.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with performance, could I ask you to try launching the game after a clean boot and then with the Connect overlay disabled to see if this has any noticeable impact on performance at all, please?
