in 2019, I bought Anno 1800. Now I wanted to play again, but do not remember my password. When I enter "Forgot password", I do not receive any Emails. I searched through my email archive, and I found that I had an account on anno-online.com in 2015.

Just for confirmation, could you let us know when you're being prompted for a password? Is this at launch?
Can we also check what login details are being asked for? Are you being asked to login with an anno-online account specifically or is it requesting a Ubisoft Connect login?

Your original account should still exist, there's just issues with emails being received.
This is something we can look into, but not via the public forums.
Could you please contact us directly via our Support Site, Facebook or Twitter with the original email address so we can take a look and help you get back into your original account?
