For reproduction purposes, can I also ask you to provide us with your save file of this game? It's by default located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts. Once we have that, we will then be able to forward it over to our development team who will take it from there.

We did have some mentions about this in the past however had some difficulties with reproducing it, although again, some matters were related to particular location or certain in-game actions that may lead to it, so it isn't always as straightforward as it may seem to be. In rare cases, issues also may resurface after a patch or so, however we will continue to work towards improving the gameplay experience and resolve any issues that may arise, so thank you for your communication so far and if you do happen to have any additional information that may be helpful, let us know!
