The bonus ornaments will only be added with the release of DLC 10 in two weeks.
If you have an order confirmation on the store front you bought it, you're all set.

@kingolaf2 As also communicated on our website, DLC 10 (Seeds of Change) will release on April 12th (and you'll also get the ornaments on that date).
DLC 11 will release in summer, DLC 12 will release in late 2022.
