Hello again,

I want to revive some threads, old threads, from the previous Player Support section, because those bugs unfortunately still are around. This particular bug was reported back in February and nothing has been done that could fix the issue ever since then.

I also backed up the thread with a video and a support ticket – which I now regularly have to re-open as the bug still persists.

Just to sum things up quickly, here is a short quote from the linked original thread and a few pictures:

(...) After successfully filling the crucible using the codes, you can interact with the control panel inside the control room as usual. The crucible then also moves upwards... (...). But it is in fact only (!) the crucible itself that's moving, not the crane. The crane remains in its lowered starting position.

Hi everyone! At this time I do not have any further information to provide regarding this ongoing investigation. However, thank you so much for these updates to let us know that you are continuing to experience this in-game. I have forwarded up your information and details provided to the Game team to be included with their investigation. While I do not have a time estimate on when this will be resolved, I will be sure to return here and provide updates as we learn more information regarding this issue.

@noxious81 You know, I keep suggesting that we send a box of kittens or something to the team as encouragement.
