For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the trade route problem, and as mentioned by @IIAc3sII (thanks for contributing by the way !), I invite you provide us with the following information :
Does the problem persist after checking the suggestions from @IIAc3sII ? Are there mods active on the save affected ? Does the problem persist on a new save ?
Regarding the other Issues you mentioned, such as the one with trains or mail, I invite you to create new threads regarding these Issues.
This will help our investigation, in order to determine the best possible solutions.
