especially (?) residences (even if blueprint)
in the new world at least, orberos & hacienda obreros
consecutive deletes (cumulative, a few at a time) also trigger crash to desktop
jornaleros & artistas (??? only have a few artistas), investors in old world and shepherds & elders in enbesa seem fine
deleting & immediately switching session ==> same problem
moving into a position that would have the buildings destroyed ==> same problem
deleting the storehouse (along with everything on the island) seems to work, but when rebuilding it ==> same problem
since 16.1? at least never noticed this before
cannot reproduce this on another game, but earlier saves from same game have same problem

no mods

EDIT: upgrading orberos from blueprint ==> same problem

Hey,

We haven't been able to reproduce such issues so as these type of issues usually are hardware related, the dev team want to ask you to provide your dxdiag + engine.ini files.

If the issue happens only on a particular island - they also need a save file to be provided, letting us know which island that issue happens at.

Any other specifics, like if the issue happens in a specific region only or anything else like that , would be appreciated also.

Please reach out through one of the options below to be able to send us these files.

Live Chat (when available)

Twitter Direct Message

Facebook Private Message

Please make sure to provide your Ubisoft account username and email if messaging on Twitter or Facebook.

Thanks for your files. The issue was first reported during GU16 so it may just be that you hadn't encountered it during then.

@hundreAd1800 Your link to the save doesn't work but please can you submit a message through one of the options I mentioned above along with your dxdiag + engine.ini files, as that's what the dev team requested us to gather.

Thanks for the saves guys.

@IIAc3sII - you're save to remove the G-Drive link / file if you'd like to now, I've already downloaded it and sent it to the team along with the additional information on your findings with the AI.

@hundreAd1800 - I've grabbed this save too.

We do have security precautions in place that can occasionally hinder our access to certain sites so thanks for relinking them.

As requested, we do still require DxDiag and Engine.ini files as requested by the game team too, if you could please refer to @Ubi-Froggard's last post for more information on providing this to us.

And of course, we'll update here should we hear anything more from the team.

Much appreciated!

Spot on thank you @hundreAd1800!

I've removed your post for privacy purposes, but the files have been passed on to the team.

Appreciated!
