[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Influence bonus misrepresentation

1. Does something like that happen in every game or just occasionally?
2. Did you notice any consistencies with actions taking prior to the influence message that may have led to this happening?
3. I have looked up the video you've uploaded on YouTube and it appears to be quite lengthy one, therefore could you give me a time-stamp of when Influence message popped up?>

Just wanted to provide you a quick update - we have managed to successfully reproduce the issue and it is set to be fixed with one of the future patches however more details to come at a closer time.

Although not necessary, however is there any possibility you could give me the exact timestamps for overlay not appearing in your second video?

After forwarding this over to our development team, I have received the following confirmation: You will receive a celebration (UI bonus message) each time when you get new level of Influence in any category for the first time. If you receive the same level of bonus for the second time, you will not get a celebration, but a pop-up message from Notifications menu will appear.

In the first provided video - you did not receive a celebration after you've bought some shares from AI. On the same video some time before that we can see that AI bought shares from you. That means that you actually had Influence bonus, lost it after AI bought shares, and gained it back after buying shares again.

It has been confirmed that this is not a defect and is working as intended.
