So I install the game and run it fine for 2 hours of playtime. I decide to stop and come the next day and the game won't start again. I get a black screen and the cursor changes, but then it goes back to windows.

I decide to uninstall the game and completely download and reinstall the game. it runs fine again for 1 play session, next day when I try to run it again, same story, black screen, changed cursos and back to windows...

Tried offline mode, same it won't start...

Help?

Hey there @nostra69 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us with this, sorry to see the game isn't launching for you!

May we please know the specs of your PC (GPU, CPU, RAM, Laptop / Desktop)?

And if you haven't done so already, could you please make sure you've given all the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide a try as they often help with many performance / crashing issues like this, especially verifying the game's files.

Thank you!

@nostra69 Thank you for your response, and I am sorry to hear that these issues launching the game persist. At this point, I'd recommend that you reach out to our Support Team via our Support Website or Twitter DMs, with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag, as well as a description of the issue (you can even send a link to your post here). Once received, our teams will be able to look into this further with you.

If you're contacting through Twitter, please make sure to also include the username and email address associated with your Ubisoft account. Our teams there will have to link your account before you're able to upload your files. Thank you!
