The title pretty much sums it up.
Quest requires you to "Find and collect: Castaway" at the sir Archibald's island.
However, it appears that "Castaway" spawns below an actual island or otherwise invisible/unobtainable.
I've found an old report here:

But apparently it's still not fixed as I've encountered it in my campaign and were forced to abandon the quest.
