I'm a player since the first hour, yet hadn't purchased any DLC yet. I want to buy the Anarchist DLC, but the only way I see how to is to buy the Deluxe upgrade pack - that contains logos, artwork and soundtrack I already own though. I want to buy the Anarchist DLC by itself, is that not possible?

@Asterix201252 is indeed correct, the Anarchist DLC is only available via the Digital Deluxe Pack and not as a standalone.

I am afraid as it is part of the Digital Deluxe pack there isn't a way this can be given away to another player.
